How do I customize my music magnet? Simply upload your favorite photo and provide the song title/artist or a Spotify link on the product page. We will generate a unique scannable code or embed the music chip for you.
Can I use my own voice recording instead of a song? Yes! If you have a personal voice memo or a custom audio file, please email it to us at info@mymelovue.com with your order number after checkout.
What photo quality is best for the magnet? For the best printing results, please upload high-resolution images. Avoid photos that are too dark or blurry to ensure the magnet looks crisp and vibrant.

How do I play the music? Depending on the model you choose, you can either scan the printed Spotify code using the Spotify app or press the built-in play button if you purchased our sound-module version.
Does the magnet require batteries? Our standard scannable magnets do not require batteries. For magnets with built-in speakers, they come with a long-lasting battery that can be replaced or recharged (see specific product details).

How long does it take to receive my order? Since each magnet is custom-made, please allow 3–5 business days for production. Shipping usually takes 7–12 business days depending on your location.
Do you ship worldwide? Yes, we offer Fast Worldwide Shipping to ensure everyone can enjoy their musical memories.
